By booking travel services through our website, phone, email, or with one of our agents, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before making any reservations.

Global World Travel acts as a travel agency and arranges travel services such as flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and other travel-related products. We work with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.) who provide these services. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the supplier’s policies.
   
• Prices are not guaranteed until payment is made in full and tickets or confirmations are issued.
   
• You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking (names as shown on passports, travel dates, etc.).
   

• Cancellation and refund policies are set by each supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, etc.).
   
• Global World Travel is not responsible for any supplier’s refusal to provide refunds or credits.
   
• Change fees may apply for modifications after booking.
   
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
   

• You are responsible for obtaining and carrying proper identification, passports, visas, and other required documents for your trip.
   
• Global World Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documents.
   

• Travel may involve risks including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, or changes beyond our control.
   
• By booking with Global World Travel, you acknowledge these risks and agree that we are not responsible for events outside of our direct control (weather, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, airline changes, etc.).
   

• Global World Travel is not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers.
   
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for our services.
   
• We make every effort to ensure accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all details provided by suppliers are complete or error-free.
   

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.

• You agree not to use our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
   
• All content on the Global World Travel website (logos, text, images) is the property of Global World Travel and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
   

Your personal information will be used only for booking and managing your travel arrangements, in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
